At v\u00e6re forst\u00e5ende betyder ikke, at man skal tilsides\u00e6tte egne behov. Det kan v\u00e6re relevant at sige fra over for h\u00e5rd tone eller insistere p\u00e5 pauser, hvis man selv bliver overbelastet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Egen regulering spiller en central rolle.
