Eller er der tale om midlertidige udsving? En ansvarlig tilgang indeb\u00e6rer at holde flere forklaringsmuligheder \u00e5bne og notere konkrete observationer frem for at drage konklusioner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hvordan man kan starte en samtale<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I stedet for at sp\u00f8rge direkte, om barnet er deprimeret, kan man tage udgangspunkt i det observerbare. Observationsbaseret sprog reducerer risikoen for, at barnet f\u00f8ler sig vurderet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eksempler p\u00e5 neutrale udsagn:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u201cJeg har lagt m\u00e6rke til, at du virker mere stille end normalt.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cJeg oplever, at du ofte tr\u00e6kker dig fra f\u00e6lles aktiviteter.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cHvordan har du det for tiden?\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cJeg vil gerne forst\u00e5, hvad der fylder hos dig.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cDet er okay, hvis du ikke har lyst til at sige s\u00e5 meget lige nu.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cJeg er her, hvis du f\u00e5r brug for at tale.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Formuleringerne signalerer n\u00e6rv\u00e6r uden at presse og giver barnet mulighed for selv at definere situationen. Samtalen bliver ikke n\u00f8dvendigvis dyb f\u00f8rste gang. En rolig og vedholdende tilg\u00e6ngelighed kan v\u00e6re mere hj\u00e6lpsom end gentagne, intensive samtaler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hvordan man kan justere forventninger uden at muligg\u00f8re uhensigtsm\u00e6ssig adf\u00e6rd<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5let om at s\u00e6nke krav kr\u00e6ver nuancer. Forst\u00e5else betyder at tage hensyn til barnets aktuelle belastning.
