At en partner tr\u00e6kker sig, betyder ikke n\u00f8dvendigvis manglende vilje til relationen. At en teenager virker modvillig, betyder ikke automatisk ligegyldighed. Man beskriver konkrete \u00e6ndringer uden at till\u00e6gge intention eller diagnose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I stedet for: \u201cDu er altid s\u00e5 negativ for tiden,\u201d kan man sige:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>\u201cJeg har lagt m\u00e6rke til, at du virker mere stille end f\u00f8r.\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>\u201cJeg oplever, at du tr\u00e6kker dig fra f\u00e6lles aktiviteter.\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Man kan tale ud fra eget perspektiv:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>\u201cJeg bliver lidt bekymret, n\u00e5r jeg ser, at du har sv\u00e6rt ved at sove.\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>\u201cJeg vil gerne forst\u00e5, hvordan du har det for tiden.\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Denne tilgang reducerer risikoen for, at samtalen opleves som kritik. Samtidig m\u00e5 man acceptere, at den anden ikke n\u00f8dvendigvis \u00f8nsker at dele alt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e5 arbejdspladsen kan man koble observationer til funktion:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>\u201cJeg kan se, at dine opgaver har v\u00e6ret sv\u00e6rere at afslutte de sidste uger. Hvordan oplever du selv situationen?\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En rolig og uforstyrret ramme kan \u00f8ge sandsynligheden for en konstruktiv dialog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hvordan man kan justere forventninger uden at muligg\u00f8re uhensigtsm\u00e6ssig adf\u00e6rd<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e5r symptomer p\u00e5virker relationen, kan det v\u00e6re n\u00f8dvendigt midlertidigt at justere forventninger. Forst\u00e5else indeb\u00e6rer at anerkende reduceret overskud. Accept betyder ikke, at man skal tolerere gr\u00e6nseoverskridende adf\u00e6rd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Man kan have forst\u00e5else for en presset kollega uden at overtage vedkommendes opgaver permanent. I familier kan det handle om at bevare egen restitution og sociale relationer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At tage vare p\u00e5 sig selv er ikke en mods\u00e6tning til omsorg, men en foruds\u00e6tning for stabilitet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hvorn\u00e5r ekstern st\u00f8tte kan v\u00e6re relevant<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ekstern sparring kan v\u00e6re hj\u00e6lpsom, hvis relationen gentagne gange l\u00e5ser sig fast, eller hvis man selv f\u00f8ler sig usikker p\u00e5, hvordan man skal navigere. Professionel r\u00e5dgivning kan give et neutralt perspektiv p\u00e5 dynamikken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det kan ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re relevant at opfordre den anden til at s\u00f8ge professionel vurdering, hvis symptomer over tid p\u00e5virker funktionsniveauet betydeligt.
